Privacy Policy (Private Beta Draft)

This is a simplified notice for the private beta, not a final legal document. We will have this reviewed by a lawyer and replaced with a full version before public launch.
What we collect
Your email (for sign-in), your answers to the assessment questionnaire, and your training records. This is sensitive health-related information and we treat it as such.
How we use it
To generate your private assessment report and training plan, and to adjust your pace based on your real training activity. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or profiling.
Where your data lives
The database is hosted on Supabase's EU (Frankfurt) region. During the private beta, the AI service used to generate report/plan content is DeepSeek — note that this provider's servers are located in China. We will re-evaluate this arrangement before public launch.
Your rights
You can request to view, export, or fully delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing the founder — we'll respond promptly.
Account use
Your account is for your personal use only and isn't transferable or shareable. Your training records and assessment answers are private, personal information — this is as much for your own privacy as anything else.
